Famicom (pirate) cartridge box template

Hi guys
I was searching for box templates to store my famicom cartridges and have found only NES "black box" templates so I took one, adjusted to the proper size and here it is! I know it's not 100% perfect, but it looks nice when folded (it has room only for the cartridge itself, no plastic insert or manual)
HERE is the layered photoshop image.
Maybe somebody can redraw it and make those tiny adjustments...?

How the hell do you print onto cardboard with a conventional printer? you certainly don't want a flimsy paper box.
