Probably some of you know about this already but I just about died laughing.

So I'm just testing of some new games, seeing if I like 'em and such, so I put in this game, Bakutoushi Patton-kun for FDS, load it up...cool, I get to pick which tank I want and then boom....the game commands me to "Turn to Side B and insert to fucking box!"  Hahaha, I can't believe it.  Check it out here http://ichibancrush.com/vgabyss/diginec/pattonkun/index.html

Holy crap, am I like the only person on the interwebs to do a piece on this game? Like, this topic alone was all my traffic for this month so far.

My honest theory? I think they were trying to go for a military theme and use a "rough American drill sergeant"  tone. And, well, the results ended up just being another case of "lol japan". But once you get past that, the game's really fun. Maybe that "turn disk" screen will cause enough curiosity for people to give the game a whirl, who knows.

I had to do a complete overhaul/revamp on my site, and move the games section. The BPK piece was moved here. Sorry about that.

Considering how Patton was, I wouldn't be shocked at all if that's what they were going for. I just find "INSERT TO FUCKING BOX" so funny because it's the most random thing I've ever seen when it come to the FDS and its games...
