This Tiny Toon Adventures 2: Trouble in Wackyland sample cartridge, developed and published by Konami, is white with a plain white label.
Konami developed many different styles of prototypes and sample cartridges, and was actually the most active in producing and providing sample cartridges for testing. Auction sites usually have one or two Konami sample carts available for sale at any given time.
It’s hard to tell what the rest of the label says on this Tiny Toon Adventures 2 cart, because of the poor photograph. There’s nothing about the screenshot that suggests it’s different from the retail release.
