Title: Majohn Block cart variants
Post by: Flying_Phoenix on December 28, 2016, 07:35:55 am
This is the variant with Chinese cart label.

There's another variant with English cart label.

From this site (http://kaiserland77.com/webs/www.er.uqam.ca/merlin/fd491499/nintendo/nes/txc/mahjongblock/index.html).

Did they both come in the same box, with the same manual and catalog? Or different? Just curious. Thanks!

It's likely the Micro-Genius english version was cart only as it's a more recent cart design. Only older generation game carts usually cared enough to create boxes and such.

The only modern games that do boxes and manuals tend to be Waixing.
