This machine looks similar to a real Famicom, though it is simply titled "Video Game" The machine comes with two controllers, both have turbo buttons built in. Everything seems to work fine.

This one tries to mimic a real Famicom, but the English stickers on the machine give it away. The machine initially had two controllers built in, but they are missing as someone had cut the controllers off to sell for scrap metal. The machine does not function.

This is an old Famiclone by Hwang Long. The second controller has a mic built into it, and they tried hard to mimic a real Famicom. The first controller works fine, though the second controller doesn't seem to work properly.

Why in Gods name does the 'Clone 17: Ending-Man S-500 ' have batteries attached to its PCB???
I was wondering too, those aren't typical batteries and they shouldn't be there. I'd remove them and have them deposited at the battery bin/recycle place.
Cool to see Ending-Man S-500 (Terminator 2) that is not NOAC :))
BTW those batteries are for adding weight ;D I guess , I once found in the famiclone big cartage :redcart: 2 batteries

I have a packaged Ending Man machine, and it is NOAC-based; however, it is the model S-500A (despite the package saying just S-500). I guess this is where the switch was made, from chips to NOAC based machines.
I do have two loose Ending Man machines in my personal collection, I think they are both also S-500 machines (but with slightly different outsides, hence why I kept them, since I saw a progression between them and then the S-500A). I want to check under the hood and see if they have batteries or something inside too, I am now curious. The problem is that they are sitting on top of a bunk bed in a narrow, spare bedroom, behind some things and in a plastic storage container sitting **under** another plastic storage container filled with Famiclones. It is literally a nightmare to get to them. Maybe I'll make an attempt at it tomorrow though, as I really do want to see what is inside now.
The idea about adding weight is interesting, as is the idea about the batteries not belonging there (I also was surprised to see batteries when I first opened the machine). With that being said, there are wires connecting the batteries to the pcb, in some places. Some of the connections are broken though, likely due to the batteries corroding or who knows wtf happened in there.
I think that those batteries are added be someone who owned the console , not in the factory
Now I see the wires so crazy to power this on rechargeable batteries :D hehe
BTW the model theory is very interesting, can you make new topic with pictures about Ending-Man models from chips to NOAC :) :bub:

Dug those clones out, wrote a short (not great) article detailing what (imo) is the progression of the S-500 series

Wow thanks I will read it with interest :o
Thanks for mentioning me :-[
