They lost my order that I bought from JapanGameStock! >:( It wasn't their fault nor mine, since they shipped the order to the address I gave them (which was correct).
JapanGameStock was extremely nice about and didn't charge me when I reordered the games from them. Only thing was they didn't have Holy Diver in stock when I went to place my order but they said any game that wasn't in stock would be refunded.
MORAL OF THE STORY USE EMS EXPRESS SHIPPING WHEN BUYING FROM JAPAN.
That really sucks.
But usually airmail is just fine. I never ever had any problems with airmail. You were just among the very unlucky 0.001% (random small percentage here). Life sucks. :P
I always use EMS, I know it's a bit pricey but it's well worth it for the peace of mind. Plus it's a hell of a lot faster. I've never waited more than two working days for an EMS package to arrive.
For the most part, Airmail is good for me, but if EMS is close in price, I'll just go with that.
That sucks there is always a chance that you won't get your item. But still I gamble with airmail once in a while. So far so good
