Title: FDS belt replacement / repair guide I wrote.
Post by: ace on January 10, 2011, 05:00:45 am
Hi all, I wrote this guide years ago but thought some might still find it useful http://www.games2replay.co.uk/simplynes/fdsrepair.html

It doesn't look like too much has changed since I was last playing about with FDS hardware, It's a shame you still can't use fdsloadr to rewrite disks as that Aliens prototype looks nice.  :) The disk keeper / fdsloadr method is pretty cool though, I will have to try it some time. Speaking of, are fds rom links allowed on here? I copied Hacker 1.2/1.3 and a Super Mario hack (Fly Mario) back when I first made a fdsloadr cable but never released them. Anyway I've rambled on long enough.  ;D
