It is not a typical NOAC but not a exact clone of Famicom hardware ?
Any info about it ?

hey, it is "dendy junior" famiclone from steepler (made in taiwan). They used this kind of UMC chipset.

here is the schematics http://dendy.migera.ru/nes/g15.html

Yes it is Dendy type but not Dendy,a Micro Genius.

If you familiar with that consoles, can you compare them with real thing ? Sound & video ?

Can i convert it PAL to NTSC ?

i do have the similar famiclone ("dendy classic") on the same NOAC chip (UM6561-AF2 if i had a good memory).
picture quality is awesome good without jailbars
sound, i like how it sounds... Sound is very closer to famicom, but with PAL speed. If you interested i can upload sound samples with robocop3 title theme recorded from it.

Unfortunatelly, some revision of this chip (maybe exaclty UM6561-AF2) has an issue with color pallete. I remembered only 3 games where it occurs: Felix the cat, Jungle book, and one game about indiana jones. It these games the pallete is so dark and looks very depressive.

AFAIK from russian forums, this NOAC contains built-in only PAL PPU, and there is now way to swtich to NTSC
