I am not sure if this is the proper forum or not, but I am wondering what the value is for boxed Famicom pirates.  Games like Street Fighter 3, Mortal Kombat 2 and 3, Pocohontas, etc.  I was under the impression that most of the value for these titles would be in the boxes, since so many simply don't have boxes, but I am not 100% sure on this, that is why I am asking.  What would one of the above titles be worth boxed, do you think?  I would think that the above titles, cart only, would sell for between $10 - 20, but would reach $50 boxed.  What does everything think?

I think $50 boxed is a stretch.
Maybe someone would be interested for those brand new but these are a dime a dozen, so you're really looking at less than $10 loose to be honest, even new.

One of the mods can move this to the price check forum for you I'm sure.

大事なのは、オチに至るまでの積み重ねなのです。

Street Fighter 3 being less desirable would be $15 boxed as its roughly $6 loose.
Mortal Kombat 2 is also less desirable so roughly the same.

But Mortal Kombat 3, now that's a different story; $25 boxed as its worth about $12 loose.

Pocahontas is iffy depending on if it's the correct spelling at title sequence or "Pochontos", correct spelled is $20 boxed, incorrect spelled $15.

Lol! Mortal Kombat III isthe same as MK2 with more repeats!

It really depends what is the game and who is the manufacturer of the game for the box value.

Oh, I looked for a price check forum but couldn't find one.  I must be blind, yeah let's shift this to the right spot.

What about Chinese titles by Asder, or boxed Lee Dragon?

Wrong, there are 2 versions of MK 3. ;)

MasterDisk

Wrong, there are 4 versions of MK3 ;)

(Ultimate) Mortal Kombat 3
Mortal Kombat III Extra 60 people
Mortal Kombat 3 Special
Mortal Kombat III Turbo

NintendoKing

MasterDisk, you have just disproved your original statement then.

MasterDisk

Yeah right, but so far no box has been seen for 3 of them except Mortal Kombat III Special (I should have put that in the previous post, sorry  :-[)

Same for Mortal Kombat II (Special only). So I thought you meant for the II and III special boxed.
