 :help:
I bought my Famicom a while ago, it was A/V modded but... It was kinda of a shit mod. Anyways, as the the months went by the quality kept going down and down, hell the sky in SMB1 was purple! Yesterday I retrobright my Famicom and when I was reassembling it the A/V cords just snapped off. Does anyone know how to do my own mod? I'm planning on putting the RCA ports on the sides

Just look the scheme do you know how to read schemes ?
You will need:

PNP general purpose transistor (like 2N4401, 2N3906, 2SA937)
100 ohm (ohms) resistor 1/4W (one quarter watts)
150 ohm (ohms) resistor 1/4W (one quarter watts)
33uF (micro farads) electrolytic capacitor (6 Volts or above)
You can grab the audio from pin 46 on the slot or find the trace for it on the ribbon cable.
for reducing jail-bars solder one capacitor between 5V (PPU pin 22) and ground , you have to experiment the values I am using 220 uF (again 6V or more)
