Black Box

I recently bought a famicom online, it came with a little black box in which you can put 4 AA batteries.  If anyone has any clue what this is please tell me.

Is there any writing on it? Can you post photos?

Could be a Turbo File or something like that.

Looks like a battery charger or something? Are those two prongs a normal wall plug?

The label text warns you of shorting the connection points with metal objects as it can cause high temperatures.
