Sega Megadrive, Battletoads!!!

It came in today and completely functions on the Firecores PAL setting.

I'm so jealous!  I want Battletoads for the Genesis so bad!  Also, when it's on the PAL setting, does it run slightly slower, or does it run at the same speed as a NTSC game?
