Today I received a package containing a Blackjack game by Hacker International.  I had assumed it was Date de Blackjack (aka of Hayama Reiko no Deeto de Blackjack), as that had been the only FDS Blackjack game that I was aware of, being developed by Hacker for that matter.  So the package game and I compared the box to an empty FDS game box for a Hacker International Blackjack game.  See pictures below.

As you can see, here are two different Blackjack FDS game boxes from Hacker International.  Now time for the back of the boxes.

As you can see from the back of the box (the right box), it actually references the game box on the left.  I don't read Japanese and have no idea what is being said there, whether these are two different games or just one game released in two packages.

Any of the Japanese-speaking members able to help here?  Did Hacker International indeed release two different Blackjack games, or is one just a repackaging of the other?  Unfortunately for the one game (the one on the right), I only have the box, and no disk, so I can't compare and clarify.

From a quick skim of the Japanese, It looks like the game on the right is a sequel to the first. I'll ask a friend for translation help and rattle off the full translation later.

EDIT: Full translation:

"Hey you,

Hello! It's Hiromi!
I have some sad news for everyone.
The thing is, my father has given a work transfer to New York.
I have to move there with him! It's a shame because I had a lot of fun playing this game with you!
But, don't worry! The adult video idol, Hayama Reiko will be taking my place to play with all of you!
Please cheer Reiko-chan on like you did for me!
Right, now I will pass the baton from myself to Reiko!

From, Hiromi."

Yeah basically it looks like the game to the right, Hayama Reiko no Deeto de Blackjack is the sequel where the fictional Hiromi from the first game (the girl on the front cover of the first game) has been replaced by the singer/actress Hayama Reiko.
