From 15 to 40 USD, it just depends of the ports. Some include cheat codes (and are more expensive), others are just the game with nothing else.

...and of course others are not qwuite the game - wrong textures, wrong names and missing physics, plus some are glob top and some are chips-based.

I think I spent £20 on a chip-based accurate repro some years back, so that could be around £30 these days easily, I haven't checked.
