Dragon Knife (屠龙刀) label / box pic?

Due to the new translation patch for this game, I decided to add it to my hyperspin collection. Normally I add a label or box picture on the select screen, but I can't seem to find any references for this game at all out there.

Does anyone here have a picture of either the cart or (if it even had one) the box the game came with?
