[SOLD] Specially modified Gameboy DMG system w/backlight & bivert chip install.

Hi everyone,

I hate to let this go, but I have one specially modified Gameboy DMG with a biverted backlit screen for sale. White color was used for the backlight mod and the picture quality is fantastic. Even under total darkness you can make out the individual pixels on the LCD screen and due to the bivert mod, the contrast is significantly better than a stock Gameboy (Nothing looks washed out). Here are some pictures showing the item:




I tried to take a picture of the LCD screen, but due to my camera it somewhat washes out the image trying to auto-focus and white-balance it. It still looks great, but it looks even more phenomenal in person. The Gameboy is in good condition and works just fine. There are no real cosmetic issues outside of the usual light wear-and-tear, fingerprints, microscopic scratches/dust (ie. You need to look under a light and shimmer the screen to even notice), etc. The system can be easily opened for cleaning out dust, buttons, etc and is pretty serviceable. All in all, one of the best Gameboy systems I ever owned.

Hope someone grabs this soon - I have a few backlit bimod DMG gameboys and they're just so much fun!  The original Gameboy is like Cornflakes, once you play it again you realise you forgot how good it is...
