1. What are the 15 pin connectors called? (they differ from DB 15)
2. What are the internal connectors called? part id? model? (in the Famicom)
3. What are the internal connectors called? part id? model? (in the clones)

I'm not 100% sure but I think it should be DA-15? I've seen it being called DB-15 a lot as well.

1. I don't know what it's called but it's supposedly a proprietary variant of the industry standard DA-15 connectors. It's deeper than a standard DA-15 and a standard female can't connect to the Famicom's male expansion port. The female connectors should fit in the standard male DA-15 connector however. The Neo Geo uses the exact same connector (but Famicom and Neo Geo controllers are not electrically compatible). The best place to source the female end is from Famicom/Neo-Geo extension cords.

2. Internal connectors for the controllers? I have no idea they could also be proprietary as I've never found anything that looks like them. They are shrouded and has fork-like pins. In the Twin Famicom they are just standard 2.54 mm headers, but not in Nintendo's own Famicom, so internal controllers are not compatible between the these models.
