Gold Zelda Famicom Disk listed for sale - Any information?

Hi all.

I recently found this gold Famciom disk for sale with a Zelda sticker on it.

The listing doesn't provide much information, and I can't find any record of a gold Zelda disk-kun prize being issued at all. I suspect it's a golf promo customised with a Zelda sticker and possibly rewritten (as the listing seems to suggest), though if that's the case, it's a very good job.

Any ideas?

The answer is right on the listing - look at the first bullet point. "The gold cartridge has been rewritten with "The Legend of Zelda"." They definitely took a gold golf and put a new label on it. It even says the disk doesn't work! If anyone bought that, they got hosed, woof.
