Custom Famicom Cartridge labels?

Does anyone here do custom NES label printing with laminate seals? I'd like custom labels for RoboCop vs. Terminator and California Raisins:

I'd prefer not to have the "Official Seal of Quality" on these, but that's not a big deal. I also don't want them to be stickers; I like to use photo glue so I can adjust the labels after I place them. With stickers, it's easy to mess up.

Am I right in thinking someone made a small program to make your own pulse line labels or did I dream it?
