Multi-Out Famicom Mod?

What is the best way to install a Multi-Out port in a classic Famicom. I saw Bakutendo has a RF-Board replacement with a Multi-Out socket. But they don't ship internationally.

I also saw there are some open-source PCB designs that slot into 3D-Printed shrouds. I'd need to Dremel out a hole. But is there a good place to install those?

There really isn't unless you also print the top shell.
The multi out is an overkill for a console with just one output.
