If I find the same game on a cartridge and on a disk for the same price, which one is recomended  to buy ? I mean which is better the cartridge games or the disk games ?

Well, Disk System games have an extra sound channel, so the games sound better than cartridge games. But disk system games contain less space and data so there might be levels or special items missing. Also, disk games take time to load each part of the game, and if you ever slide a disk game on the ground or even scratch the part where the games are read, you might as well kiss it good bye. So I  recommend the cartridge form. :)

If I owned a disk system, I'd probably only go for games that weren't released as cartridges, so go with the cartridge. :)

Get cart because a disk system can be high maintenance at times with the belt and all...
