I will probably sell 2 of the 4 you see in the pic.

I'll post them later in my sales thread.

WOOOTTTT will they include cables and controllers? going price? awaaa

No cables, only controllers.

I'm sure everybody has cables already. The AV hookups are the same for SNES, N64, Gamecube...
The AC adapter is the same as the Famicom one, so most people around here have one already.
Expect prices around 40$, give or take some $.

You are better off using the N64\Gamecube cables because the SFC cables are only a little over a meter.

Nice stash Manual :o

Also you can use a Sega Genesis AC Adapter to power a Super Fami.

manuel

Would it work the other way round, too then? Can I use an SFC AC adapter to power a Mega Drive?

133MHz

Yes indeed. Also lots of other appliances like cordless phones use the same type of AC adapter.

Pikkon

Ahh you beat me to it 133MHz.

A Super Fami uses 10V DC and a model 1 Megadrive uses
10V DC and they both use center negative.

manuel

Thanks guys.
The two adapters put out different amperage if I recall correctly. But If I can use SFC and Mega Drive adapters for each other, then that is no problem, right?

Pikkon

Both of them use 1.2a.

And it should work like a charm to power your megadrive or super fami.
Oh and a master system ac adapter should work as well.

manuel

Thanks for the info about the Master System.
You don't happen to know if then a Mega Drive adapter would also work on a Mark III, do you?

Pikkon

Yes,a model 1 Megadrive ac adapter will work on a Mark III.
Also will work on a PC Engine and Sega SG-1000 as well.
