Had a sick day today and dusted off the mega drive played golden axe,shinobi,desert strike and altered beast and after six hours of playing i realised how timeless these games are and i can never sell my mega drive collection in fact i will have to start buying more games while they are still cheap.

by the way. i've joined SEGA fan club in facebook and they announce that its Genesis 20th BDAY this coming Friday

The Japanese Mega Drive had its 20th anniversary last year in October. I have the issue of classic gaming magazine "Game Side" commemorating that.

Just broke in my new Mega CD, tho I probably could have picked something better as an inaugural game than Funky Horror Band. LOL But it so far doesn't seem quite as bad as people make it out to be. Not GOOD mind you, but not even close to being the worst RPG I've ever played (I'm lookin' at you, Drakkhen).

Anyways, I checked out the star wars arcade game for the 32x today....it's very interesting. Oh yeah about that RPG for the sega cd hmmm sounds interesting. I might check it out.
