English Rom Cartridges

So, I just bought FF2 off of ebay for the famicom and it had had its Rom chip replaced with an English copy. The seller is pretty specific in what he sells so I was wondering if there are any sellers that sell similar items or if the equipment is cheap enough to change roms myself
