Greetings. I find myself in need of a working RP2C02G-0 PPU chip for use in a Famicom I am trying to repair. Although I have some spare NES's that contain the chip in question, I am lacking the proper equipment to extract one without damaging it.

Please let me know if you can provide this chip, working and with all pins intact. I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

Can't you just remove it with a soldering iron and some desoldering braid or pump? If you're going to be soldering it back in, I imagine you have an iron. Or, am I missing something?

Ya, if your soldering something in, just do the same deal except use a desoldering  braid. Should be easy.

You can try http://www.arcadecomponents.com/index.html but they didn't replied to my email, so I don't know if they are trustworthy.
