I'm assuming Sonic the Hedgehog is either that 3d blast 5 or 6? I don't think there's been any pirates that were just plain Sonic the Hedgehog, right?

The one I have doesn't have a label anymore (and when it did, it wasn't related to Sonic at all), but the title screen is just an 8-bit rendition of the original one on the Genesis.  No additional numbers or anything.
