I think $100 loose because of it's rarity (about 10,000 produced only). But I may be completly wrong.

A CIB copy sold for $79 shipped recently, although the typo in the title might have kept it off a lot of people's radars:

Not really, on eBay, standard price is around $80 for a loose cartridge and $140 for a CIB one. Or was...some 5 months ago.
