Error code 27

I know this has been written about extensively here and I've found a lot of great information regarding error code 27. It appears as if the belt on my disc system has already been replaced so I know it is not a belt issue (from a structural standpoint at least). I also cleaned the disc head so it's not that either. I want to try to replace that little piece of felt that pushes the disc onto the disc head next before I pull the entire thing apart. Does anyone know where I can find that part or how I can make one if that's possible?  Thanks in advance!!!

Is that piece of felt worn down? What disk(s) have you tested with the Disk System? Were they tested?
