This game does exist as an original unofficial (if that makes sense....) Japanese cartridge with a case and manual. Although most copies that are floating around are pirate copies based on this. So keep this in mind when you are offered a copy.

I've been looking out for a copy for a while with no luck, although I did see a full copy of it a few years ago for the equivilent of $200 in a shop in Japan but decided it was a tad too expensive.
