Twin Famicom power mod - needed for writing disks?

Hi. I recently bought my first ever Twin Famicom. I assembled several pieces of FDSkeys, including one for myself. And now I have a question - in this case (the station chip is FD7201P), is it also necessary to modify the power supply for writing? And if so, how? The tutorials I found concern only the standard FDS and do not include the board that is in Twin.
