When I try to start my computer it will load up fine, get to the windows xp loading screen and then when it gets to the point where the desktop should load, the computer reboots and starts all over, it just keeps repeating this over and over, can anyone help me please!? I dont want to lose my files and rare photos, etc...  :'(

Have you tried booting in safe mode? I think it's by pressing F8 during startup... (just tap it for a while or you might miss the timing)
If safe mode doesn't work either you might have a more serious problem.

If all else fails, buy an IDE/SATA to usb cable, get your files off, wipe it out and start over.

If you have a Win XP os/restore cd-rom, you can enter Setup by hitting F2 and choose to boot from the cd-rom and check your hard drive for errors. Could be that your hard drive failed.

If you are unfamiliar with the restore CD process, then don't rush to it, or you can accidentaly destroy your files.
First try hitting F8 (depends on what can be seen on the screen when you turn your computer on, if you have some motherboard logo visible first, then hit F8 right after it dissapears) and go to Safe mode. When you will be able to boot in safe mode, you can download all your important files to USB.
Did you reinstall some drivers before this situation appeared? Do you have an Antivirus? Are you the only user on your PC?

get a LINUX LIVE CD then boot from it so you can save your files to a usb flash drive and move them to another PC then format yoour hard drive  install fresh copy of windows xp and you are done
I am back everyone :)
