It's clearly real. It would be more impressive if it were fake, getting the bird to lip... err beak sync to a tune.

What I meant was... it makes you wonder how long it took that parrot to learn that... or how much this guy plays Super Mario music in his house.

Sounds better than some of the knock-off hardware I've heard. 

I can't imagine how frequently this bird listened to that tune, or how tricky 'twas to train it to do this trick.

If i had a parrot the first song he will learn is  one of the tetris themes because i play a lot of tetris ( and maybe this dude is playing a lot of mario )

My old roommate had acquired a Macaw from his father, who was given the bird by his Puerto Rican friend. The bird spoke fluent Spanish and literally no English. It would be 3-4 AM and I would often wake up to the bird screaming "PAPI, PAPI, PAPIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII" The bird would also shower with my buddy, little guy would walk and float around the house like a frickin' cat! Birds truly amaze me, very genius animals for sure!
