Anti-static mailers

I wonder if it is important with anti-static bubble mailers for famicom carts?

Almost every game has worked for the customers so far ( AFIK ), but occasionally they tell me it doesn't work. Are carts sensitive to static electricity from bubble mailers?

pirates and glob tops are,  and everything is prone to being damaged by X-ray machines the post offices use...

Good then I don't have to worry too much. 

And the post office doesn't use x-ray here.
