Gunhed on the Famicom?

I just found out there's a game called "Gunhed" on the Famicom.  Would this happen to be the same game as the Gunhed for the PC Engine, aka Blazing Lazers for the Turbografx-16?  I can't seem to find any gameplay videos, or any other information on it.

The Famicom version is a turned based strategy game. It is also based in the movie Gunhed as far as I know, but it's a completely different game...
