Who can modify 3.5'floppy disk drive on FDS

Is it possible to use 3.5 floppy disk  to play game on FDS?  Who can modify it? Please teach technical to modify for me.    I think 3 inch fds is easy to data damage by litle article.

I think Nintendo did a good job of ensuring that no floppy would work in their system. They designed their disks small and with specific indentions to accomplish this. Pick up some pirate disks and go nuts writing games to them.
