Not officially, but there are pirates of Mario is Missing.

Both are not available on Famicom as far as I know.

As Cheetahmen and Manuel stated, those two games were only released officially on the NES. (U.S. only for Mario's Time Machine, while Mario is Missing was released in the U.S., and in Europe)  However, one of my 4-in-1 carts has Mario Is Missing under the title "Super Mario 9".
So ends another chapter in the glorious legend of the Ninja... Until next time...

Mario is Missing and Mario's Time Machine were both released on the NES in North America and Europe. But in Asia it was released as a pirate. ;)

I have a pirate with "Mario is Missing", but have never seen "Mario Time Machine" pirated.
