Unethical?

So I keep seeing these auctions popping up on ebay;

Does anyone else think that it's pretty unethical to sell what's pretty much considered a DIY bootleg of a rare game? 

I would hate to be the person down the line who spends hundreds on this, then takes it apart, and sees a converter inside.  This auction just condones that deception.  Makes me mad.

  I blame the people that buy, without them it couldn't happen.  It's poor practice, but I have other things to worry about, so this doesn't wind me up as a result.

I think the guy's being pretty up-front about what he's selling. His price is a bit absurd, but it's clearly a pirated FC cart (glob-top) with a shell and cart adapter for the NES. Anyone willing to spend a bunch on it would probably have the knowledge to know that's what they're buying. If not, así es la vida...

I personally wish the custom label looked less like an original one, but at least the word "reproduction" is clearly printed on it. I don't think this job is worth nearly that much money, but we'll see if it sells.

If anything it's a shame that the seller had to take apart so many Famicom adapter games for things like this.  He has another auction selling the pcbs from them.
