Will this work on a U.S. Toploader w/ Gyromite adapter?

How do I open the cartridge without destroying it in the process? I want to lift the leg to make it work with my normal Famicom.

Hi mate. I did PM you but no response: Hi mate. How are you? I have a PAL front loading NES, with Honeybee. Will the 245-in-1 game work on this? WOuld i need to get rid of the lockout chip? I don't have a heap of money to spend on it, but want my son to get into some old games. Do you have a games list, and how much including postage to Australia? I can paypal.
