I found this to be weird, yet interesting. While on MarioWiki, I found a game for the FDS called 'Return of Mario Bros.'. It is just 'Mario Bros.' with slightly updated graphics, and gives you the ability to change the direction of your jump in mid-air. It also has ads for a Japanese food company, and, as you progress through the game, codes for a giveaway. You could win a free 'Supee Mario Bros. 3' cartridge for your Nintendo Family Computer with the codes.

Kaettekita Mario Bros yes, it's an improvement on the original but not as good as Mario Bros. Classic in my opinion, which is a more accurate arcade port.  My favourite version is the Luigi Bros. hack of the game.

大事なのは、オチに至るまでの積み重ねなのです。

It's a disk writer game made in collaboration with Nintendo and Nagatanien (Japanese Noodle Company). It's features game play changes like being able to move mid-air, the ability to save your high scores, and a new game mode where if you lose the game you have the chance to play and win a slot machine to continue.

Pennywise: Nagatanien is the food company I mentioned before.
L___E___T : I've played 'Luigi Bros.' on my Wii U before. I might get NES Remix ('Famicom Remix' and 'Famicom Remix 2') and 'NES Remix 2', so I can play 'Super Luigi Bros'. Plus, I've wanted those two games anyway.

I remember this game has some cool music, part of it is from Super Mario Bros 3 battles (which is a version of Mario Bros if Mario and Luigi battles).

What does Mario Bros Classic have that this version doesn't? Except that it's for PAL.

Not sure of the exact differences, but it doesn't have the ads of course, which slows the pacing, so I personally don't see that as a bonus addition.

The giveaway in 1980s-1990s Japan WAS a bonus. It isn't now.

Actually, I think that the ads give it a certain charm.
It's the only version of the game that I wished that I had on disk.

If you want the game on disk, you can send me a disk and I'll write it for you.

Russam, Ventra elaborated on what I meant.  The ads have charm indeed, but it annoys me having to wait for them like interludes, so I don't see them as a bonus as much myself.
There was a competition sure, but that's not what I was referring to.

I don't like them too much, it's just interesting. In-game ads on a 1980s Nintendo console.
