Need help with FDS ram adapter.

I'm newly join with this forum
I have same video glitch symptom with my twin famicom AN 505
Which Cart mode is perfectly works fine but at disk mode booting screen there are terrible glitch and flickering display.

Could someone advise...which capacitor represent Ram Adapter should i change?

This is not capacitor, so you'd rather not to do anything with your AN505, but find skilled person locally.

I wonder, is it so complicated to replace CHRRAM chip?

Could you kindly please locate which one is CHRRAM since i didnt have experience at fixing twin famicom.
is it:
IC 108 TMM2015BP-15
IC 105 TMM2015BP-15
IC 114 SHARP LH5164L-15

or none of them that I mentioned...please help

Just incase there is only bad connection between ic and board
