I tried a little bit in an emulator. The first game i know very well from childhood. But the second and third i haven't played much.

The first one is really easy to understand if you can't read Japanese. I haven't tried the others, but since they're just platformers it should be fine.

They are fairly cheap so i just thought they might not be as playable. I find the more playable they are the more expensive they get. Not always but.. sorta .. lol. What do i know.. im new to J games :D

You are only missing out on Wrinkly Kong's tips and the like (just like Cranky's tips in the first game). Possibly also some more story than in the first game. But they are all platformers as Baconbits said, so they should all be very playable even in a foreign language.

I think it's safe bet to play them just to beat with no translation, but to 100% complete 2 and 3 you would be having a little trouble with the lost world in 2 and the easter egg / extra content in 3.

I agree.

I think I played through part 2 and 3 in Japanese. But as you say, it is hard to figure out everything without a guide.
It is pretty hard to get 100% (or if it is 102 or 103) even in English!

In fact I never managed to get 100% as a kid in the first game.
Selling  Japanese games in Sweden since 2011 (as "japanspel").
