Hypershot controller overlay scans

Has anyone scanned the Hypershot controller overlays?
I just bought a pair of REALLY beat up ones and I'd like to do a full restore.  I'll even MAKE new buttons for this, as someone has been dragging something across the run buttons really hard in the past.
