Famicom not AV, black and white and odd sound.

Sorry for my English.

I bought a Famicom replaced it with a RF antenna to reduce the noise.
Turned off the second controller(noise from microphone)
But the picture on the TV is black and white, and sound/music, it increases it decreases arbitrarily.
What could be the problem?
