FDS Clear belt slipping off

Hello,

Last night I decided to fix my FDS and it worked great for about 20 minutes. Now no matter what the clear belt is slipping off the disc before the head can even cycle forward. I have cleaned the disc and spindle wheel really well, multiple times. I see no residue on it whatsoever. Does anyone have any ideas here? Just ordered a new belt from tototek however it will be a while till it comes in. Hopefully that fixes the issue. Is there anything I can try till then?

Finally managed to get it to work. I used the "easy way" to change the belt before and most times I tried to fix the problem. This is what introduced the issue. When I completely disassembled the underside I was able to put the entire assembly back together much tighter than before. After that the belt no longer slips off. I also cleaned and oiled the spindle hub assembly. It works buttery smooth now and reads all of my disks fine.
