Ah yes, I remember doing this mod to PAL NES back when I lived in New Zealand.

Then I went to do one for a friend.....who had a different revision of the board, and i couldn't do it, as the contact points were different.

So, it can be done, just check your board revision before trying

so if it works on PAL NESes is this apply to all PAL regions or... ?
