Apparently this is an unannounced Famicom titile which uses either the Nichibutsu 1 driver or the one that was made by Make Software (Ducktales 2, Chip & Dale 2 etc.).

According to composer Yoshida Kenji, this game was the major inspiration for game studio "GAME FREAK" who then later made the Pokemon games.
While the game is lost forever, I talked with Yoshida: he told me that he might have the music binary files on his old floppies, so with that I could compile a .NSF out of it.
At least if we can't play the game we could still enjoy the music (Erik The Viking and Love Quest had this nice threatment already).
