G.I. Joe: The Atlantis Factor on Famicom?

Hi!
I was browsing Polish auction site for famicom games and found this:

The GI Joe game is considered unreleased in Japan, but this cart seems pretty genuine: Japanese GI Joe title, Capcom copyright, "Made in Japan", enclosure shape indentical to original. What do you think, could that be an original cart?

This is because there are many other fake cartridges in the listing such as Recca.

But there are also originals - all the carts without shell, and the black one on the right upside-down.

As you can see there, it is in a blue shell. The original is supposed to be black.

The cartridge that I mean is black, on the left. (I tried to upload cropped image with this cart alone, but there was an error saying it's too big, even if it's 100kB). Also the image on the auction site can be viewed in a bigger resolution by clicking right button and "View Image".
