in search of a NES to famicom adapter

Well, as I mentioned, I couldn't get my mmc5 games to work..
The ones I have tested are the koei ones: Romance of the three Kingdoms 2, Bandit Kings of Ancient China
I just assumed after testing these 2 probably all mmc5 wouldn't work.  I don't have castlevania 3.

I tried on a av famicom and I know the games work fine since I have a functioning toaster still.. Unless there is some other reason I don't know about why these games wouldn't work on that system?

The powerpak works ok, but I haven't tried any mmc 5 games on it.
