Having audio problems with my RF famicom

Hi, new here, I imported a Famicom (RF)from Japan last week and tried running it on a PAL tv, everything works great, except for the audio. I tried to unplug the second controller and it doesn't do anything, instead of the game audio it just plays a white noise and occasionally I can hear music which is supposedly being broadcasted by some radio station here in Italy. What could it be? Thanks in advance!

It's pretty common that it doesn't work on a PAL TV.
But since you get a picture you can get audio from an FM radio using an RCA splitter adapter.

Try to turn the screw inside the RF unit and check the options in the menu on your TV for the sound system if there are any (D/K, B/G , I e.c)
