Converted SUBOR 小霸王D30 PAL Famiclone to NTSC

I converted the SUBOR 小霸王D30 PAL famiclone to NTSC. It was made in 2006.

I swapped out the 26mhz crystal with the 21mhz one and put a big blob of solder on the NOAC board connecting all the NTSC/PAL Pads.

Also I fixed some of the cables connecting the power AV board to the Cart board.

Runs at a the regular speed now and the colors are not bad.

Next I want to see if I can put it into the orange Famiclone case I recently got. The D30 plastic case is ok but I like the orange Famiclone case is better quality.
